Mmmm, we made gingerbread cookies on the weekend. Ever since I bought a gingerbread man cookie cutter last year Isla has been hanging out to use it. Well it finally came out of the packaging and we did it! Mmm they tasted good. We made gingerbread men and gingerbears. I have thoughts of having a regular cooking afternoon with Isla though I need to make her a new apron at some stage. Her previous one has disappeared so one of these days I'll get around to making a new one.

mmmm. I have a train cutter I haven't got out of it's container yet :)
BTW... if you ever need a train cake tin, I have one ;) For future reference.
